Case study

Objective

Design a high-end VIP experience for the Balmain show and festival, with a luxury mixology moment and a coherent guest journey.

Context

A collaboration between Balmain and Chivas to create an immersive reception space during Fashion Week for 1,200 guests.

Lucie's role

  • Designed the VIP event system: scenography, guest welcome and bar experience.
  • Coordinated field teams, mixology, logistics and partners.
  • Integrated the brands into an elegant, desirable event presence.
  • Supervised the guest journey: show, bar area and aftershow.
